JUICES

Every September we pick the best apples from our orchards and press them to make our special Apple Juice from 100% freshly picked fruit. This deliciously rich juice is flavoursome and colourful, ranging from orange to pink, depending on the blend of varieties. We also pick lots of heritage variety pears and mix them with some of the early apple varieties to make our Apple & Pear Juice which is full-bodied and sweet.

Our juices are often sold out by summer, so please check ahead if you are making a special trip to try some. 500ml bottles are available for £4.00

CORDIALS

Fruit cordials are a traditional way of preserving seasonal fruits so the taste can be enjoyed throughout the year. Tree Top cordials are produced by hand from homegrown fruit from our no-dig market garden.

To make our cordials, handpicked fruit is gently steamed and the juice is mixed with a little sugar and natural flavourings (eg organic fresh ginger, vanilla bean pods, cinnamon, cloves, lemon) and then gently pasteurised to preserve the drink.

Stock varies depending on the season, but some of the types we produce include:

Blackcurrant, Summer Berry Cordial, Victoria Plum, Victoria Plum & Ginger, Spiced Winter, Blood Orange, Damson and Autumn Berry.

Cordials are £8.00 per 500ml bottle.

Cordials will keep unopened for at least a year, but once opened, you will need to store them in the fridge and enjoy within 3 weeks.
