Tree Top Press cider is made from 100% apple juice, picked and pressed by hand on the North York Moors.
Heritage Yorkshire apples including Yorkshire Beauty, Flower of the Town and Green Balsam and a variety of cider apples (Yarlington Mill, Dabinett and Tom Putt) are traditionally pressed, slowly fermented then matured to produce clean, intensely apple-flavoured ciders ranging from dry to medium-sweet.
Our ciders are simple and distinctive; unfiltered and unpasteurised – as real cider should be.
A still, dry cider with tangy apple flavours and a clean finish. A delicious pairing with strong flavoured cheeses or spicy food.
‘Tabular Hills’ 6.5% – in stock
A still, dry, refreshing cider. Mild tannins allow crisp apple flavours and aromas to dominate, resulting in a delicous, light cider which pairly excellenty with food. Best served at room temperature.
‘Hackness Rock’ 6% – in stock
A medium-dry, sparkling cider. This light gold cider is bottle conditioned to develop a natural fizz which enhances the character and aromas of the apple blend. Excellent as a celebration drink.
‘Sugar Loaf’ 4%
A medium, cloudy cider. The natural sweetness and character of traditional dessert apples varieties is maintained with a slow, cool fermentation resulting in a richly coloured, fruity cider.
‘Water Tower’ 4.5%
Limited edition batches of our classic dry cider are blended with a handmade elderflower infusion to give a sweet cider with a refreshing taste of early summer.
‘Saxon Cross’ 4.5%
Limited edition batches of our classic dry cider are complimented with warm, spicy notes of fresh ginger and the delicate flavours of hand-picked Yorkshire rhubarb to produce a distinctively cloudy & sweet cider.
